Kultgen is a retired corporate executive of the Saudi Arabian oil Company (Saudi Aramco). In early October 2017 registrant was requested by the State Minister for Energy Affairs, HRH Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman al Saud to provide legal and consulting services with respect to matters and projects for which the Ministry is responsible. Those matters oh which registrant will provide legal and consulting services have come to include the Saudi National Atomic Energy Project. It is intended that The Law Office of David B, Kultgen, PLLC will, in due course enter into a legal and consulting services agreement with the Ministry. Until then, registrant will work under an oral understanding that provides for payment on an hourly rate basis for services requested from time to time by the Ministry.
