In his robocall voicemail, Mr. Woodhouse identi?ed the person receiving the call as one who lives in a district without a - GOP candidate for the NC House. He then solicited candidates for that NC House District without ever specifying who he was calling, the District, or the legislative seat. He did not identify who'was sponsoring and/or paying for the-call; There was no disclaimer provided. Identifying information was not distinct from the remaining message. Mr. Woodhouse should be enjoined from making further robocalls of the nature described above and fined for every improperly made call. In addition, should Mr. Woodhouse have called cell phones with his robocalls, the list of cell phones should be provided for further examination by the FCC. .
