Report:
On November 14, 2017, after lunch, I walked onto block side behind inmates returning from

lunch. Officer Sanchez was yelling and swearing derogatory remarks such as "Fucking Pussies?,
toward inmates, instructing them to get to their cells. Once the inmates were locked?in, CO
Sanchez, went up to the upper tier and moved out of my sight. I heard the upper tier cell doors
unlock. CO Sanchez reappeared, ra nting, yelling, swearing, and pacing along the upper tier
taunting inmates to come out of their settle any issues with him. CO Sanchez 
_and sat on a table in the dayroom, he called out who exited his cell
and reported to C0 Sanchez in the dayroorn. CO Sanchez said something to? I could
not hear, (they were closer than arms reach of each other and C0 Sanchez was posturing).

_went back to'his cell.

lfollowed?up with two inmates who are housed on Both said that inmates Were
provoking the CO when they passed by him on their way back to their cells after lunch. I later
had a brief conversation with C0 Sanchez. He said they, (inmates) have been at him for a couple
