I, Investigator Peter Woodworth, the complainant here, work for the Rochester Police Department, 185
Exchange Boulevard, Rochester, New York, and accuse the Defendant, Abigail Hernandez, in this action, that on or
about the 15th'11 day of February, 2018, at approximately 4:22 PM at the location known as 31 Grafton Street,
Rochester, New York, the Defendant, Abigail Hernandez, did knowingly, intentionally, unlawfully, commit THE 
FELONY, MAKING A TERRORISTIC THREAT, contrary to the provisions of Section(s) and Sub- 
490. 20 (1) Of the Penal Law of the State of New York.

THE FACTS ON WHICH THIS IS MADE ARE OF MY OWN KNOWLEDGE AND 
UPON INFORMATION AND BELIEF AS FOLLOWS:

That your complainant Is an Investigator, employed by the City of Rochester Police Department, and currently
assigned to Goodman Section. While so employed and working In that capacity, did have an opportunity to
investigate a terrOristic threat made towards persons at East High School, located at 1801 E. Main Street, Rochester;
New York. The Defendant, Abigail Hernandez, with intent to intimidate a civilian population, made a written threat
to commit a speci?ed offense and thereby caused a reasonable expectation, or fear of the imminent commission of
such Offense, tO wit: The Defendant did create a account under the moniker Of ?Martin Doll?,
with the internet address of facebook. com/martin. doll. 167. This account was created on January 15m,
2018 at 3:05 pm, on a Motorola (4), whilst connected to IP ADDRESS 67. 242. 182. 255. A Subpoena of the above
IP ADDRESS indicates that it is an internet connection associated with the address of 31 Grafton Street. Your
Defendant used said account, accessing it from her Motorola (4), MODEL XT1766, FCC
ID: IHDTSOWCB to post a threat Of physical gun violence on the EAST HIGH SCHOOL 
page. The threat was posted beneath a photograph of teachers and students who were inside Of East High School,
located at 1801 Main Street, Rochester NY, and read ?m coming tomorrow morning? and ?I?m going to shoot
all of ya bitches?. As a result of this threat, and at the directive of CAPT L. CUYLER, COMIVIANDING OFFICER,
ROCHESTER POLICE DEPARTMENT, GOODMAN SECTION (2) additional marked patrol units were posted'to
East High School to work in concert with School Resource Of?cers and City Of Rochester School Security. Efforts
and actions were taken by Lori Baldwin, School Safety and Security, Rochester City School District to increase
awareness and vigilance.

Further, that by these actions, the Defendant did violate Section(s) and 490.20 (1) Of the Penal
Law of the State of New York.

. The basis for your complainant?s knowledge of the fact is his personal knowledge and investigation Of this
incident as well as the recorded confession from your Defendant, ABIGAIL HERNANDEZ, as well as the returned
Search Warrant for facebook com/martin. doll. 167 and the Subpoena of IP ADDRESS 67.242.182.255
from Time Warner Cable. . .
