This requires us to register and report FARA registrable activities on behalf of the KRG. Fees, Terms.& Expenses: In consideration for the services provided by Dentons, KRG agrees to pay a monthly professional fee of USD $20,000.00 for services beginning January 1, 2018 and ending December 31, 2010.
