Since the last status conference, appl has reviewed the responses received from the ops and believe that the majority of the
issues raised can be addressed. Appl requested 30 days to prepare a revised ruling and response to ops. Ops agreed to
provide comments within 30 days of receiving the revised ruling and response from appl.
Referee noted that the 18 month deadline for remaining on the Referee's docket is 6/30/18, but that deadline can be extend
if the parties continue to make progress toward settlement and all agree to keep the cases on the Referee's docket.
The Court ordered the following case management deadlines:
(1) Appl to provide revised rulings and response to ops: 3/15/18
(2) Ops to provide comments: 4/16/18
(3) Next status conference: 5/8/18 at 9:00AM
