What is the availability of extraction and replenishment facilities? ..
Is there an in-lieu option if access to extraction and replenishment facilities is
unavailable?

Are there water quality concerns in the basin?

Does this water meet the water quality requirements?

Are there additional costs for treatment upon extraction?

Is the 10% loss for 36TAF one-time?

Are there additional losses for put water?

Other than the annual $25/af storage payment, are there any other payments?
What are the costs to recover the water? What is the maximum yield?
