Alejandro Conchas?Michel did take a large wooden ?sh bonker and struck Reginald Ozawa in the head causing obvious bleeding. Of?cer Ward saw Alejandro Conchas-Michel outside of Reginald Ozawa?s apartment carrying a wooden fish bonker with a red brown stain on it and several magazines, all of which were identified by Reginald Ozawa as belonging to him and having been stolen from his apartment. Of?cer Ward found a prescription bottle belonging to Reginald Ozawa containing a small amount of suspected marijuana in Alejandro Conchas?Michel?s clothing. The total value of the items stolen is about $80. Officer Brent Bartlett told Of?cer Ward in essence, Reginald Ozawa identi?ed Alejandro Conchas-Michel as the person who forced his way into Ozawa?s home and caused injury to him with a dangerous weapon before taking the fish bonker, magazines and prescription bottle from the residence. "Shar" said she could he ready in an hour or two if there was still a need. I texted "Shar" at about 1000 hrs. and set up a meeting at the Nugget Mall. "Shar" said she was getting a ride from Lemon Creek. "Shar" texted me and stated she was in a gray car by the broken down vehicle at the Nugget Mall. I located a small gray oar parked next to the junked Vehicles at the Nugget Mall, I contacted Sharlene Cannon. who was the sole occupant oflhe vehicle. in the passenger seat of the vehicle. Cannon told me she had been driven there from Churchill Coun in Lemon Creek. I called _and saw the phone which Cannon had been holding ring with an incoming call. The vehicle was searched pursuant to and .84 gross grams ofa white substance was found in two baggles in the ash tray ufthe vehicle. The substance field tested positive for methamphetamines. Overturf received was contacted by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) checkpoint staff, and advised that a loaded ?rearm had been located in a passenger's carry-on bag. Ofc. Overturf met with TSA staff, who showed him a Smith and Wesson semi-auto handgun inside the bag on the scanner display. Ofc. Overturf secured the handgun with a magazine which was fully loaded and contained a round of ammunition in the chamber. Ofc. Overturf spoke with a man who said he was the owner of the carry-on bag, the defendant. A review of Neely's criminal history revealed prior felony convictions, most recently in 2014.
