We have what appears to be a problem! Dry Quick appears to be in a FAILURE To PERFORM
situation.

The client_ at 510 Woodin said, and we can confirm, that she has signed of] of
work for her house so that the contractor DRY QUICK can get paid. But THE WORK SHE HAS
SIGNED arr FOR Is NOT has been paying rent ($800.00 per month) to live
some in another residence [or 11 months. She will have been out of her house for a YEAR in
September 2016.

The attached document represents $9600.00 worth of expenses that has not been paid to the
SUB, but we have paid DRY QUICK.

Worse than that, the SUB is now threating to place a lean on the house since they have not
been paid?

Are you aware of these issues? IF so, what are your plans to resolve this situation?
