SUBJECT Request for Waiver

The Home Flepair Program places new RECON contractors on limited status to
build one home. Due to the additional 12 homes we have received and the limited
contractors on our contractor?s list we had to recruit additional contractors.

Eight homeowners selected Dry Quick Restoration, Kenneth Williams, two
homeowners selected Nickerson Construction, Fiobert Nickerson and two
homeowners selected Torres Construction, Atilano Torres. We are processing the
paperwork and the inspection Services Division is ensuring quality and financial
capacity of contractors to perform the task.

We are requesting a waiver for the two new contractors to exceed the limited
status quote to build homes for the City of Dallas Home Fiepair Program. It you
have questions. please contact me at 214?670-7693. You may indicate your
approval/lack of approval on this document. I appreciate your consideration of this
request.
