Just a couple 

I know you have been asked for financials but what keeps coming up (and will continue during the discussions i believe)
is how WEH is going to mitigate the concerns about its own balance sheet. I believe this needs to be creatively
addressed by you and your majority holders. Otherwise, it seems thiswill continue to be an impediment for investment
on the order side as well as the build out. i agree. Comtrafos balance sheet is far more attractive than WEH. However
ours is getting stronger every day. We will have to be creative at showing a combined value between the companies.

When we get to February this wili not be an issue as our backlog will be healthy.

I also believe that the size ofthe investment needs to somehow match the backlog/opportunity/timing, etc. Meaning
that we definitely need to talk a phased approach. This has always been a scalabie investment that will phase in over
time. The that the news reported as being enough to justify the investment is not exactly true. wili validate

the market and move things to the next phase, of which we will start architecture and construction costing, as well as
securing long term financing, but a factory of even 250 employees will require upwards of in revenue to support
operations. At things will be trending for us to get very serious, and sit-art hiring sales and engineering staff.
