This letter is to provide notification that Grayshift, LLC (?Grayshift?) is the sole source provider of
GrayKey. GrayKey is internally developed and distributed only by Grayshift, and Grayshift owns
exclusive distribution and marketing rights. Due to the unique proprietary nature of the technology,
GrayKey is sold only as a direct transaction between Grayshift and its end customers. There are no
agents or dealers authorized to represent this product.
