The true identity of this known, but unnamed person is being withheld for purposes Of this af?davit, both to ensure their safety and
to preserve the integrity of this ongoing investigation. This known, but unnamed victim will be available to testify at all court -
Proceedings, and will be referred to, for the purposes of this af?davit, as "Jane Doe".

- During the course of the investigation, your af?ant located and identi?ed witnesses to the crime, whose true identity has been
ascertained by proof positive and has been memorialized in reports maintained by your af?ants. The true identities of this known,
but unnamed witness are being withheld for the purpose of this af?davit, both to ensUre his/her safety and to preserve the integrity

of this ongoing investigation. These known, but unnamed witnesses will be available to testify at all court proceedings, and will be
referred to for the purposes of this af?davit as "Witness 

On 1-15-18 at 1608 hours Officer Williams and Of?cer Davis were dispatched to the Women's Center and Shelter for a verbal threat
report. Of?cers arrived on scene at 1616 hours and met with the Victim Jane Doe, and the Reporting person Witness 1 whom is a 4
counselor at the Women's Shelter. Jane Doe stated that she has been receiving several calls from an anonymous number stating
that they were going to kill her. Sanders stated that she believes the caller is a female by the name of Patrese Thompson. She
stated that she believes the calls are in regard to the man who went to jail due to a previous sexual abuse case Thompson was a
victim of. Jane Doe also stated she received 10 threatening phone Calls over the past week. 

After speaking with lMtness 1, Of?cers learned that this anonymous caller has called approximately 8 times a day since

1l13/2018. Witness 1 stated that the caller said ?Tell that bitch I am going to get you", and "i am going to get that bitch for'
locking my man up".

On 1-16?18 Jane Doe, called to add that since the original report, the suspect, Patrese Thompson, has called the shelter hotline
10 times. All of the su3pect's calls have been fromanonymous phone Most of the calls were hang-ups. During the ?nal call, at
1745, the suspect stated, seen that bitch outside. I know where she is."

On January 20, 2017 I, Detective Lippert, received a phone call from VWness 1 from the Women's Shelter. Witness 1 told me that
she is concerned for the safety of their staff, Jane Doe, and other clients. Witness 1 reported that they have received numerous
calls from a female identi?ed as Patrese Thompson. V?i?tness 1 told me that Jane Doe knows Thompson to be the current girlfriend
(intimate partner) of Thomas Mowbray whom is charged with numerous crimes including terroristic threats. stalking. and other
violations of PA title 18 (crimes code). The incidents are as follows:
