During the ten year term of this agreement FC Cincinnati estimates those benefits to be valued at approximately $20 million. This significant commitment by FC Cincinnati is reflective of the amount of property taxes to be paid in the first ten years following occupancy of the FC Cincinnati stadium. In addition, FC Cincinnati has established the FC Cincinnati Community Fund as a 501(c)(3) public charity. Following the expiration of the CPS and Education Benefits Agreement, the FC Cincinnati Community Fund will be situated to continue providing benefits to students of the Cincinnati Public Schools. COMMUNITY BENEFITS AGREEMENT FC Cincinnati is engaging with stakeholders in the West End and the basis of those negotiations will result in a legally binding Community Benefits Agreement with the City of Cincinnati. West End Community Council, an Ohio non-profit corporation, will be a third party beneficiary of the Community Benefits Agreement. As a third party beneficiary the West End Community Council will have the ability to legally enforce the Community Benefits Agreement. In addition, the Community Benefits Agreement will establish a Community Advisory Council (CAC) to facilitate ongoing cooperation among the City of Cincinnati, the West End community, and FC Cincinnati and advise with respect to the implementation and enforcement of the agreement.
