AMENDED PROCEDURES AO-2018-02

ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER

Effective March 1, 2018 at 12:00 A.M., the procedure of the Tulsa Municipal

Criminal Court is hereby amended as follows, to wit:

1. Any Defendant who has failed to appear on their assigned court date and failed to add their case
on the Court?s docket within sixty (60) days of their assigned court date, through the appropriate
?add-on? procedure, shall be required to surrender at the Tulsa Municipal ail'to clear any and all
warrants or be subject to arrest on said warrants;

2. A Defendant may be excused from surrendering at the Tulsa Municipal Jail, if they failed to
appear for their assigned court date, due to illness, incarceration or identity theft and provide
appropriate proof to the Court; I

3. A Judge has the discretion to waive the above?stated requirement for- good cause shown; and

4. This Order shall be reviewed by the Court on or before June 1, 2018.
