Parent or Guardian:

On December 21, 2015 we sent you a letter regarding no one being home to
receive your child at the end of the day. Prior to that date there was a lockout

November 17, 2016, November 24, 2015, December 17, 2015, and January 12, 2016.
We informed you that if it happened again, we would put your child?s transportation on

hold until you resolved this issue.
