Dear Sir, I am a resident of Haltom City, TX - suburb of Fort Worth and I'm asking you to investigate this city
as a De facto Sanctuary City so that State funding can be pulled from them. Again today. I was involved in a
minor traffic accident with an ILLEGAL - no license - no insurance. It's not like this is the first time and it
certainly wont' be the last as the city does NOTHING to them. I couldn't even get the other drivers information -
oti'tcer wouldn't allow me but the cop sure had no problem giving mine to her! It is against the law to drive in
Texas without a valid Driver's license - I should know as the state revoked my financee's license after having it
for over three years for a ticket he got prior for driving with an invalid license. They had no problem giving him
a ticket and jail.. why do the ILLEGALS get a tree pass'.7 This isn't the first time that HCPD has let the
ILLEGALS ofi'scott free and as a citizen disgusted with the entire depaltment. Recall the Tin-rant County
Deputy that posted his online his video how are protected in this county and HCPD iffollowing
right along. They have put the ILLEGALS above U.S.Citizens and practice unequal application ofthe LAW
against the US. Citizens. are so special to them (the then they can fund their
offices. Law Abiding Citizens OfIhe STate of Texas should NOT have their hard earned money go to agencies
that put ILLEGALS above the legal, citizens I am also sending a request to the Honorable Jeff
Sessions U.S. AG. to also investigate and withdraw Federal Funds from They do not deserve a red
cent from the Legal U.S. Taxpayer until they begin to comply with the Now, Sir I realize that the reason
they do nothing is because there is no money/revenue in it for them. Illegals simply move and change their
name to avoid and let's face it. they don't care about the LAW or they wouldn't be here illegally. A
legal U.S. citizen would be ticketed and probably taken to because we pay our fines/court (20515.. We
generate MONEY for don't cost them money! It's highly unfair to me and my family to be burdened
with a local govemment that only wants to TAKE from us and GIVE to the Please sir, investigate
