WALSH r';l_ERV RE: In re Insulin Pricing Litigation, Case No. 17-cv-699 (BRM)(lHG) Boss et al. v. CVS Health Corp., et al., Case No. 17-cv-01823 (BRM)(LHG) Dear Judge Martinotti, I am a pro se plaintiff in the above consolidated matters. Please accept this letterseeking permission, in accordance with Local Rule 7.2(b), to file a motion for reconsideration of the consolidation order exceeding page limits-in lieu of a more formal application. In order to fully and, fairly address the many issues that the status update of December 18, 2017, the related consolidation order and subsequent letters from lead counsel and Keller Rohrback have either sidestepped or raised (e.g. the tolling agreement), I request permission to file a motion up to thirty (30) pages in length. I note here that lead counsel have in the past been de facto authorized, without obtaining consent from other counsel, to double the length of their brief in support of leadership application on the ground that they filed jointly. Since I am now opposing the coordinated attempt of both lead counsel and my former counsel to frustrate my right to seek redress against insurers and PBMs, I should also be granted permission to file a brief in excess of page limits. I have not sought consent from Defendants or lead counsel to this request. If this application meets with Your Honor's approval, I respectfully request that it be so ordered. Thank you for Your Honor's consideration of this request. Respectfully submitted, 111~. 1 Jft:;oss, in 1vidually President( Type 1 Diabetes Defense Foundation Page 1of2 Case 3:17-cv-00699-BRM-LHG Document 107 Filed 03/06/18 Page 2 of 2 PageID: 1033 ... ยท. 08608 NJ-US EWR Case 3:17-cv-00699-BRM-LHG Document 107-1 Filed 03/06/18 Page 1 of 1 PageID: 1034 cc: I do not have the ability to forward this letter to all counsel of record via ECF. As required under Local Rules as they apply to pro se plaintiffs, I have sent this letter directly to the Clerk's Office for distribution. For the reasons discussed above, and for other good cause shown, THE COURT HEREBY ORDERS, this_ day of March 2018, that prose plaintiff Julia Boss is permitted to file a brief in further support of her motion for reconsideration up to thirty (30) pages in length.
