Defendant, STEVEN ALLEN PAGE, appeared in person and by and through his attorney of record, JOE D. ALFORD, and announced ready for trial. A Jury having been previously demanded, a Jury of twelve (12) good and lawful jurors was duly impaneled and the case proceeded to trial._ At the conclusion Of the evidence, the Court submitted the case to the Jury on Questions. The Charge of the Court and the Verdict Of the Jury are incorporated herein as if set forth verbatim. It appearing to the Com that the verdict of the Jury was for the Plaintiffs, JAMES FULTON and Wife, DOROTHY FULTON, and DIANNE DAIGLE, Next Friend of MONICA NICOLE PAGE, and against the Defendant, STEVEN ALLEN PAGE, and judgment should be rendered upon the verdict in favor of the Plaintiffs, JAMES FULTON and wife, DOROTHY FULTON, and DIANNE DAIGLE, Next Friend of MONICA NICOLE PAGE, and against the Defendant, STEVEN ALLEN PAGE, and it further appearing that the total amount Of actual or compensatory damages awarded to Plaintiff, DIANNE DAIGLE, Next Friend of MONICA NICOLE PAGE, in Question No173 488 and it further appearng that the total amount of actual or compensatory damages awarded to Plaintiffs, JAMES FULTON, and wife, DOROTHY FULTON, in Question No. 3 is ONE-HUNDRED FIFTY-THOUSAND AND it. is therefore, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that. Plaintiff, DIANNE DAIGLE, Next Friend of MONICA NICOLE PAGE, do have and recover from Defendant, STEVEN ALLEN PAGE, the sum of AND 100 DOLLARS as actual or compensatory damages, and that Plaintiffs, JAMES FULTON and wife, DOROTHY FULTON, do have and recover from Defendant, STEVEN ALLEN PAGE, the sum of TI-IOUSAND AND 100 DOLLARS as actual or compensatory damages. Based upon the current prejudgment interest rate of ten percent the Court further finds that prejudgment interest on Plaintiff?s actual damages of AND 100 DOLLARS is THOUSAND SIXTY AND .27/100 and that prejudgment interest on Plaintiffs? actual damages of FIFTY-THOUSAND AND DOLLARS is HUNDRED ELEVEN THOUSAND SEVEN-HUNDRED EIGHTY AND .82/100 it is therefore, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, that Plaintiff, DIANNE DAIGLE, Next Friend of MONICA NICOLE PAGE, do have and recover from Defendant, STEVEN ALLEN PAGE, pre-judgment interest in the amount of THOUSAND SIXTY AND .27/ 100 and that Plaintiffs, JAMES FULTON and wife, DOROTHY FULTON, do have and recover from Defendant, STEVEN ALLEN PAGE, pre? judgment interest in the amount of ONE-HUNDRED ELEVEN THOUSAND SEVEN-HUNDRED EIGHTY AND .82/100 DOLLARS. 2 173 489 IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, that Plaintiff, DIANNE DAIGLE, Next. Friend of MONICA NICOLE PAGE, do have and recover from Defendant, STEVEN ALLEN PAGE, total money damages in the amount of THOUSAND TWO-HUNDRED SIXTY AND .27/ 100 DOLLARS, said amount including actual damages and pre?judgment interest; and that Plaintiffs, JAMES FULTON and wife, DOROTHY FULTON, do have and recover from Defendant, STEVEN ALLEN PAGE, total money damages in the amount of TWO-HUNDRED SIXTY-ONE THOUSAND SEVEN-HUNDRED EIGHTY AND .82/100 DOLLARS, said amount including actual damages and pre-judgment interest; it is further, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that all costs of Court. expended or incurred in this cause by or on behalf of Plaintiffs, JAMES FULTON and wife, DOROTHY FULTON, and DIANNE. DAIGLE, Next Friend of MONICA NICOLE PAGE, in the amount of HUNDRED SIXAND 100 ($506.00) DOLLARS, shall be paid by and taxed to Defendant, STEVEN ALLEN PAGE. All writs and processes for the enforcement and collection of this Judgment, and the costs of Court, may issue as necessary. Post?judgment interest shall accrue on this total judgment and all costs of Court incurred by Plaintiff at the rate of ten percent per annum until paid.
