On this February 8, 2018 charging that in Coconino County, Arizona:

Count 1
AGGRAVATED ASSAULT

On or about 11/16/2016, JEFFREY BRANDON BONAR committed assault
against M.M., by intentionally, knowineg or recklessly causing physical injury, while she
was bound or othen¡vise physically restrained or while her capacity to resist was
substantially impaired, a class 6 felony, in violation of A.R.S. “13-1204(A)(4), 13—
1203(A)(1), 13-701,13-702 and 13-801.

Count 2
AGGRAVATED ASSAULT

On or about 11/16/2016, JEFFREY BRANDON BONAR committed assault
against MM., by knowineg touching MM., with the intent to injure, insult or provoke her,
while she was bound or otherwise physically restrained or while her capacity to resist was
substantially impaired, a class 6 felony, in violation of A.R.S. “13-1204(A)(4), 13-
1203(A)(3), 13-701,13-702 and 13—801.
