PRE-TEST INTERVIEW: Ms. Clifford presented herself well in outward appearance of credibility. There were no observable indications of intent to deceive. She said she was giving out prizes at a golf event in 2006 at Lake Tahoe when Mr. Trump approached her and engaged her in conversation. She said she was very impressed with him and his business acumen. She wanted to talk to him and thought she could learn from him. She said he invited her to dinner at his hotel. She was reportedly surprised to learn she would be having dinner with him in his room. She said they ?talked a long time? and then engaged in unprotected vaginal intercourse. She met him on later occasions in New York when she was there on personal business, and at the Beverly Hills Hotel. She said Mr. Trump told her he could get her on ?The Apprentice.? She doubted he would be able to do that because of ?who I am.? YES ANALYSIS: The polygraph data was analyzed by computer with an algorithm developed in the Applied Physics Laboratory of Johns Hopkins University. By computer, the data was evaluated to be truthful. The probability of deception was measured to be less than The polygraph data was also analyzed by traditional measurement according to a system in which a +4 or more, after nine relevant?issue presentations, is deemed adequate to determine truthfulness.
