Meyer, Esquire. CITY OF NEW ORLEANS, through its counsel of record, Mark Daniel Macnamara and Eraka W. DeLarge. Considering the alleged facts by the City of New Orleans and the denials by Chuck?s, Inc., d/b/a Chuck?s Sports Bar, the desire to avoid a hearing on the issues and the law, evidence and consent of the parties: IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the defendant, INC. de/a SPORTS BAR, agrees to hire a state licensed and accredited uniformed security company to perform a security detail on the premises of the establishment on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights, from nine o?clock pm to closing. In an effort to prevent loitering, the detail shall direct patrons into the establishment and discourage congregating outside the establishment. IT IS ORDERED ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the establishment will adhere to closing hours of 12:30 am. Sunday through Thursday and 1:00 am. Friday and Saturday. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that that Within sixty (60) days of the signing of this judgment, INC. d/b/a SPORTS BAR shall coordinate with the City's Of?ce of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness to install and maintain an integrated, cloud-based security camera system which is compliant with and capable of and providing a live feed into the City's "Real Time Crime Center. The system shall capture the exterior of the premises. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the defendant, INC. d/b/a SPORTS BAR, will not have live entertainment, including DJ 5 (disc jockeys) on the premises unless properly permitted to do so. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that INC. d/b/a SPORTS BAR that within ?fteen days of the signing of this judgment the permittee shall provide the Law Department and the Department of Sanitation with a copy of its contract with it solid waste removal carrier. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that INC. d/b/a SPORTS BAR shall regularly pick up barroom related litter seen on both sides of the 500 block on Gravier from the comer of Magazine Street to 100 feet past its property line towards Camp Street, during the hours Chuck?s is open. It is noted that there are numerous other business on this block that Contribute to any litter problem that may exist, including Lucky Dog, another bar, a Time Share and building housing commercial establishments as well as time share units. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that INC. d/b/a SPORTS BAR shall provide to the City of New Orleans Department of Sanitation, only on the days it is open for business, daily photographs showing the exterior conditiOns of the establishment including the street and sidewalks as delineated above. This requirement shall expire six (6) months after the execution of this Consent Judgment unless unacceptable litter problems during open hours persist which shall warrant continued daily pictures. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the establishment shall make readily available the contact information for an individual(s) who may be reached immediately not Via voice message) from the time the bar opens until thirty (3 0) minutes after closing time to receive and address any and all complaints within ?fteen (15) minutes of receipt. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that any violation of the terms of this Consent Judgment shall result in a minimum ninety (90) day suspension of the alcoholic beverage permits of the establishment and any other remedial measure(s) the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board deems to impose. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that this Consent Judgment may be modi?ed subject to the mutual consent of the parties.
