Considering the facts, law, evidence and consent of the parties: IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the defendant HIGH ROLLER EVENTS L.L.C. d/b/a THE HANGOVER BAR (holder of Permit Nos. 154275 and 154276) violated one or more of the provisions as set forth in the petition ?led by the City of New Orleans before the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the defendant, HIGH ROLLER EVENTS L.L.C. d/b/a THE HANGOVER BAR agrees to hire a state licensed and accredited uniformed security company to perform a security detail on the premises of the establishment on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights, from nine o?clock pm to closing. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that that within sixty (60) days of the signing of this judgment, HIGH ROLLER EVENTS L.L.C. d/b/a THE HAN GOVER BAR shall coordinate with the City's Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness to install and maintain an integrated, cloud-based security camera system which is compliant with and capable of and providing a live feed into the City's "Real Time Crime Center.? The system shall capture the exterior of the premises. Furthermore, the security cameras shall maintain at least fourteen (14) days of data. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that HIGH ROLLER EVENTS L.L.C. d/b/a THE HANGOVER BAR that within fifteen days of the signing of this judgment the permittee shall provide the Law Department and the Department of Sanitation with a copy of its contract with it solid waste removal carrier. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that HIGH ROLLER EVENTS L.L.C. d/b/a THE HANGOVER BAR shall provide to the City of New Orleans Department of Sanitation daily photographs showing the exterior conditions of the establishment including the street and sidewalks as delineated above. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the establishment shall make readily available the contact information for an individual(s) who may be reached immediately not via voice message) on a twenty-four hour basis to receive and address any and all complaints within ?fteen (15) minuets of receipt. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED ADJUDGED AND DECREED that any violation of the terms of this Consent Judgment shall result in a minimum ninety (90) day suspension of the alcoholic beverage permits of the establishment and any other remedial measure(s) the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board deems appropriate to impose. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that this Consent Judgment shall apply to- any successors or assigns of HIGH ROLLER EVENTS L.L.C. d/b/a THE HANGOVER BAR.
