We have a meeting with the Bank's Architect tomorrow so he can determine if we can perform our construction portion of this project. Unfortunately, this will prolong our closing another couple of wee 3. Attached is the most recent list that was given to us to comply with before our loan is closed. This was presented on November 29th. They are saying that our construction budget is not detailed enough for compliance. I am sending you an attachment of this as well. At this point we have received a letter from Southlancl Log company about the demand for payment and breach of contract because of postponement of materials delivery in leu of closing. They threaten to destroy our package because of the time constraints. The initial meeting with Stockyard's Bank was back in late June. Our ?rst closing was August 30th. Our second closing was to be November 28th. Stockyards will not give a closing date now. The copy of the budget specs was presented as the Contractor's proposal back in August. This has been determined to not be sufficient now. We do not know If the information being given new wilt be enough. This stretching for the loan closing is causing problems that can harm the reputation and lively hood of this ministry. Given the duress we are under. it would be ideal if this loan could be change to a grant. Your advice is appreciated. Please help! Subject} RE: Budget spec Heart of Fire Ryan. the project budget does not provide enough detail. if this is all we are to work from. can we get the blanks tilted-in under each sub contractor or can we get the back-up breakdown for the estimate that states the quantities and unit prices for each item? Can we get copies of the agreements with the sub. contractors to review the scope of work for each trade? Will Ray Pinter have a full time onsite superintendent? We will meet you onsite at 4:00 tomorrow.
