Dear Bishop Dan,

Danny Johnson Heart of Fire Ministries. inc. is in default under its obligations contained in the
$1,500,000.00 promissory note (loan number referenced above) dated December 22, 2006 (the ?Note").
Pursuant to our letter to you dated September 24, 2008, payment for all outstanding amounts due under the
Note was required to be received by the Bank within the designated time frame. No payment has been
received and since the previous letter was sent, an additional payment due October 2008 is due and
payable.

in light of the foregoing, the toan referenced above is in default under Section 9.1 of the Construction Loan
Agreement (the ?Loan Agreement?) by and between Danny Johnson Heart of Fire Ministries, inc. and
Stock Yards Bank and Trust Company dated December 22,2006. Pursuant to the Loan Agreement, we are
hereby accelerating ail amounts due under the Note and reserve the rights to enforce any other remedy
avaiiable to as at law. in addition. we have requested payment in fut! from the US. Department of Housing
and Urban Development per its guarantee agreement dated November 2t, 2006 for all amounts due under
the Note, inciuding penalties and interest accrued.
