This letter is to support the e?orts of Joppa South Central Coalition 's (JSCC) community
revitalization.

JSCC is committed to improving the quality of life in the community. This organization
has been instrumental in beauti?cation e?orts and has developed several community
outreach programs for the neighborhood. JSCC has been instrumental in providing
services for senior citizens, school supplies for community youth and along with
resources and referrals services for families.

As Deputy Mayor Pro Tem and as a member of the Dallas City Council who represents

council district 4, I support the e?orts ofJoppa South Central Coalition to help improve
the quality life for it?s residents.
