RE: COMMITMENT TERMINATION

On June 23, 2008, Austin made a commitment to partner with the Joppa Community. Austin agreed to
provide payment of seven cents per ton of hotmlx batched at the Miller Yard to a verifiable Internal Revenue
Service 501(c)(3) organization. Since that time, Austin has been providing charitable contributions
to the Joppa South Central Coalition for Neighborhood Redevelopment (Joppa which was presented
as an IRS 501(c)(3) organization.

In Austin?s commitment to Joppa, Austin maintained the right to audit, examine, or otherwise verify the
expenditure of these funds. In recent months Austin has attempted to exercise those rights by confirming
Joppa the recipient of charitable contributions, is a current 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charitable
organization.- As of today, Austin has been un5uccessful Validating current 501(c)(3) status of Joppa 
with the IRS.

This Is written notice that the commitment to Joppa will terminate on November 15, 2015 and ail
charitable contributions will cease. To prevent termination please p?rOvide Austin with official IRS
documentation that Joppa Is a current 501(c)(3) on, or before, NOVEmber 15, 2015. In addition, Austin
exercises Its rights to audit, examine, or otherwise verify expenditure of funds that have been paid to Joppa
since June 23, 2008. Please provide audited financials, IRS tax returns, and bank statements for 2008-
2014 by November 15, 2015.

Should Austin terminate contributions to Joppa Austin will evaluate other options regarding Its
commitment to the Joppa community.
