Sexual Harassment

With relerenoe to your request for inlormation dated November 14'" 2017 regarding
the above, please find below your questions and our responses:-

ls it possible to check if NHS Highland has had any sexual harassment
complaints made against staff/members in recent weeks, and if you have any
figures on historic complaints and how they were dealt with?

There have been no sexual harassment complaints against slalf members in recenl
weeks.

There have been fewer lhan live complainls made by slafl members against slafl
since 2013/14. On each occasions an investigation was instigated.
