;4/1/1 {$202. . . Examiner: We have in this case two minor children of Sophia Isaac, Cyril Dennis Isaac and Harold Glen Isaac. They are not of age yet but do you know them? A. I have knowledge. Our records indicate that Harold was pa place for adoption by the S.D. Dev. of Chidd Welfare and the other by Father Pohlen. We got notices of the hearing and I did send the notice of Hardld to Watertown, Div. of Child Welfare. I did not send Cyril's to Father Pohlen, because he is very hazy about where they are and does not seem to have information. His attitude is that ?3 once they are adopted it is better for them not to have contact. ri?e?W Examiner: That approach is rather stupid when property is involved. Miss Hostjbor: -Imrecently talked to Father Poheln about another child here and Father Pohlen said the child did not need it and to do something else with it so I have ignored discussing this situation with him because of his attitude. a? . Examiner. We have to have these young men represented here. We can't go without some one representing them. Do you think you are competent to represent them? - A. I do not have any information about their location or their attitude. Q. Here is a will that gives them notheng. Do they want to it or what? I I A. I would think the Div. of Child Welfare has not made an appearance and since Father Pohlen does not think these children should be involved. It seems the two agencies has taken the attitude that they children would not contest the will. I think I personally feel mmethat this mother had a right to dispose of her property in the way she did. I do not know how she disposed of it but I remember WW
