Greetings of Easter peace and joy.

We're writing to share with you that representatives of the Cincinnati Public
Schools (CPS) have approached us about purchasing the Mother of Mercy
High School property and we are now in conversation with them.

The process of working with CPS is in the early stages and preliminary
details are con?dential, so we have no further information at this time. We
learned recently that local media may be developing a story about the
possibility of a pending sale of the property, and we want you to know from
us where we are in the process. Again, the conversations are in the early
stages.

As we have more to share, we will be back in touch. in the meantime, we
greatly appreciate your support, patience and prayers.
