Association, was served on April 19, 2015, with a forty-?ve-day contemplated suspension; and WHEREAS, pursuant to said contract, Of?cer Lopez was given an opportunity to rebut those charges being brought against him to Police Chief Anthony L. Trevino, Jr.; and WHEREAS, said opportunity was exercised by Of?cer Lopez; and WHEREAS, Of?cer Lopez and Chief Trevi?o have agreed to reduce the discipline in this matter to a ten-day suspension without pay; NOW THEREFORE: The undersigned parties hereby enter into this suspension agreement wherein it is provided that Of?cer Lopez shall be suspended without pay ?'Om the San Antonio Police Department for a period often days, commencing on May 10, 2015, and ending on May 19, 2015.
