Rewarding Arizona’s Teachers A 20% Salary Increase by School Year 2020. • A 9% pay increase this year in FY2019. • Our plan includes a 9% increase across the board for Arizona’s teachers. • This, in total with the FY2018 pay increase (1%), will total a 10% raise for every Arizona teacher in the coming school year. • The raise is permanent, ongoing and in the base (not a bonus). • Additional salary increases will total 20% by school year 2020.
