Emeryville Police Department Response: Pursuant to Government Code section 6254(f), some
ofthe records are exempt from disclosure. However, pursuant to Government Code section
6254(f), the Emeryville Police Department provides the following information:

The Emeryville Police Department does not share ALPR data with any other agencies in
the Vigilant system.

The Emeryville Police Department receives ALPR data from all agencies who share data
in the Vigilant system. The list of agencies is attached.
