I make this statement of my own free will without any threats made to me or promises extended. I fully understand this statement is given concerning my knowledge of the death of ISN 199 at Camp on 30May0 .5) For purposes of identi?cation, my ?lli name i and I was born in Washington DC. on 30Dec64. I am and am currently assigned to the Detainee Hospital at Joint Task Force Guantanamo Bay, Cuba - At approximately 1300, 30May07, I was noti?ed by the Senior Medical Of?cer? in the Detainee Hospital at Camp Delta that there was a pulseless detainee in Camp 5. I arrived about 7 minutes later, in the Medical room of Camp 5 and saw a detainee on a backboard receiving chest compressions and being ventilated with a bag/valve mask. I realized that the ?code? was being run pro?ciently by three physicians, and sought to make some contribution by looking into any potential confounding medications that the detainee may have taken which would aggravate the presentation and care of the detainee. I reviewed his records and realized that he was not on any medications that could affect his present condition. I noticed at this time that the patient?s neck was visibly dysmorphicl?swollen. I noticed this after the patient had been intubated with a Combitube device. I also brie?y noti?ed the SG to please get an ambulance to take the detainee to the Naval Hospital. - At that time, following the treatment I said outloud to the code team - systo _1et me read to you.? And we reviewedfproceeded through the Pulseless a ending at identi?cation of potential cause for asystole. After an ECG that showed asystole, and see that the chest compressions and reapirations were delivering suf?cient oxygen at one point pulse on was 87% and heart rate of 110), that the detainee?s condition was not recoverable. As the ?code? (Time of Death) was called, I went back to ?nd out the status of the ambulance, and discovered that the DOC felt that since the Detainee Hospital ambulance had been brought/parked in the parking area, they didn?t see any disconnect with getting the atient to Naval Hospital instead of the Detainee Hospital. Peace, upon said (the best of you who learn the Quran?an and teach it to others), and don?t be like the one whom Allah said about them, (the prophet said: God, my people make this Qura?an worthless) we ask Allah to make the Qura?an to work in our favor not against us. I advise you with good faith, the pure from all the dirt, and deceptive, and they are lot those days, we asked Allah for forgiveness, and good health. (2) Speech of SUHAIL BIN SAAD may Allah be pleased with him, the messenger of Allah said( to be guided) that means the kindness of science and teaching, also-the honor of who do it. (3) Page 62 as in sahih from the speech of ABU MUSA Allah be pleased with him, as the messenger of Allah said taking care of the people of right path and science like the living of people in their land Hadith. A- Good kind of land accepts the water and grows a lot plants. B-A kind of land holds the water. C-Lands without water nothing grows in it. The result there was a kind accepted the water; grow good plants and the people were getting water from it to drink. Another kind hold the water couldn?t grow any thing. And (G1) People are three kinds: l-People of memorizing and walk in plain road like the land who accept the water. 2-People of memorizing and copying like the second land. 3-(Gl) (4) Muslim said in his Sahih: the messenger of Allah said (who call for the right path will be rewarded like the reward of (G1) In the Hadith the messenger of Allah said: (G1) a man who Allah gave him wealth he Spend it in the right way, and a man Allah gave him wisdom, he taught to the others. (5) The favor of scholar upon the others. Hadith. (Allah, His angels, people of heaven and earth, even ants in their nets and ?nbacks in the sea they pray on people of (G1), in Hadith said: scholar, working teacher?s place will be big in heaven. (6) Hadith of ABU AL DARDAA may Allah be pleased with him: who take the road of teaching the wisdom, he is taking the road to heaven, and the angles put their wings for satisfaction of SEW 5i W.Q scholars, who are in heaven, in earth and in seas will agree with him, the favor of scholar upon people is like the favor the stars over the planets. The scholars are inheriting the prophets; the prephets don?t inherit money but the science. The death of scholar is a loss can?t be replaced. As Hadith says when the scholar dies the angles give their wings for him because what he caries of the knowledge (GI). Angles are the best advisers for peeple, and the devils are the worst. Hadith of SAFWAN said: I asked: 0 messenger of Allah, I came asking for knowledge, he said (G1) ABDULLAH said this is true Hadith. .. like the moon bright the earth and the space that?s how the scholar is, but the star?s light is just for themselves, that?s how the people are, they shine on themselves only not on the others. Also the supports and the decoration of religion are the scholars (G1). Comparison the scholars as stars page 68. The stars guide people in earth and sea that?s how the scholars, the stars are decoration of sky also the scholars are decoration of earth (G1) (7) His saying the prophets don?t inherit money. is showing how great the prophets are for nations not like kings who control the land and what?s in it like assets and gold. ABU HURAIRA may Allah be pleased with him said: he passed by the market and saw people trading, he told them you are doing this and the inherit of messenger of Allah in the mosque, they left every thing and went quick to the mosque, they didn?t see but Quran and prayers, they asked him: you told us about inherit but we don?t see any! He said: this is inherit of MUHAMTVIAD Allah?s prayer and peace upon him, it?s not like your inherit. Without the scholars the people will be like animals or worst, this is the reason of the troubles and corruption on international system, and that?s why Allah protects His religion, His book, and His worshippers from it. They said if the scholar is a generous man who assists people, when he dies many people will die with him, because his assist will stop. n. 5 1M1 1.1.1.5. 1..-11111111111111.1111- I. 1.1 .1.. 11.111.111.111 II- 11111111111111. 11.1.. 11-11 .11.. . . 5 5w o. .cwu. 5 CV .1. 1v 11.1.1.1.11Qmanxu111 11.1. 0.1. 11 .1. .1. . rim-11.11%.~ 1 1.1.1.1. . .ox.1w\ 11,. 5.1.11.1..111111 HPELKHFAJLM .111..th it. 1.1/90 . . 11.11 1.11.1.1. 1.1113 mgn?. ??w1113-1115111111311 WKLL. .1 11.41.1115 .1. 1.1erxqapfnk.
