Indictment During December 2017, communicated with each other to set up a contactjail visitation between Amanda Natkong and Brendon Valdez on December 16th, 2017; and/or On December 9? 2017, Jerry Active and John Negley plan to have ?their girls? get ahold of each other and to set the appointment for the jail visit prior to the 13th and/or On December 9, 2017, Jerry Active instructs Amanda Natkong to write down the name Brendon Valdez. The two further communicate someone sending Natkong $100.00 through Western Union with an agreement that she will help with the plan; and/or On December 9, 2017, once an agreement between Active and Natkong is made, Active instructs Natkong to call Negley for some movies, some soup which are believed to be references to narcotics as Active states that Negley has some movies but needs to find out if he has some soup and some other stuff; and/or On December 10, 2017, Chad Kreftmeyer directs Paulsen to text Buck?s girl so they can talk. He further instructs Paulsen to send $100.00 through Western Union to a female, and further a plan is discussed that everything be set up like clockwork and instructs Paulsen to contact another female named Tamra and set up her Securus so they can talk; and/or State v, Jerry Andrew .I'lcm'e. During a conversation on December 10, 2017, Active asks Negley if he can do $4.00 and $4.00 for uptown and downtown referencing $400 each for methamphetamine and heroin and instructions for payment; and/or A later conversation on December 10, 2017, Active instructs Natkong that she will need to pick-up the $100 from Western Union he is having a girl send her and after everything is done she will get $5.00 (meaning $500.00); and/or December 10, 2017, Amanda Natkong is instructed on who she is to meet in Lemon Creek Correction and she is his cousin. Natkong is told that someone will get in touch with her and give her a ride to thejail; and/or On December 11, 2017, Paulsen is instructed by Kreftmeyer to send $100.00 through Western Union to Amanda; and/or On December 12, 2017, Active and Negley con?rm details of the plan and Active reviews how to prepare the package; and/or On December 13, 2017, Buck Mills questions Fuhr if she knows what to do after she gets referencing the narcotics, Mills instructs Fuhr to take it to Amanda. Mills requests the orange things he likes and states that if she can get those in there, he can totally make some paper (money) Mills tells Fuhr for doing this she would get a couple hundred bucks after it is done; and/or. On December 14, 2017, Kreftmeyer, Paulsen, Fuhr, Mills communicated that Fuhr would have ?it? done by the next day and would be in Amanda?s hands. Mills requested Fuhr put in some of the orange things (suboxone) that he likes. Fuhr ends that she will let everybody know and/or . On December 15, 2017, Paulsen passes a message to Kreftmeyer that whoever doesn?t have three-way and can get the ?down? right now. Kreftmeyer tells Paulsen to say it without saying that. Kreftmeyer says that Paulesen is taking ?down? the picture. Paulsen af?rmatively agrees and that she is taking down Indictment State v. Jerry Andrew Active. A armada .N?atkong, had L. Kre?mei?er. Paulsen continues to relay that this person has a friend who is getting off the plane at 6:30 pm, is a really good artist, and that would be the best of the quality of painting, but she needs to wait for that person to arrive to show her the stuff. Mills enters the conversation and Paulsen tells him that is what Tamra said that the artwork she can get from anyone in town, but can?t be sure ofthe quality, but there is a person she knows coming in on a plane that does the best artwork and has the best quality. Paulsen states that Tamra wanted to know what to do about it and Mills says he will leave it up to Kreftmeyer. Kreftmeyer tells Paulsen to tell Tamra to do it after 6:30 as long as it is done tonight; and/or 14. Later on December 15, 2017, Kreftmeyer instructs Paulsen to contact Amanda Natkong. Shortly into the communication, Natkong and Active get on the line where Natkong tells Active that she is in the hOSpital and not sure if she will be released by the next day to make the jail visit so Active instructs Natkong to contact Tamra if she is released; and/or 15. On December 15, 2017, it is planned that Tamra Fuhr would pick up Natkong; and/or 16. On December 16, 2017; Negly and White picked up Natkong and provided her ?the movies? (ie: controlled substances) and had dropped her off. 17. On December 16, 2017, Fuhr gets ?what people wanted,? provided drugs to Natkong and dropped her off at the jail; and/or 18. On December 16, 2017, Natkong was intercepted by law enforcement after entering Lemon Creek Correctional Center and found in possession of more than 2.5 grams of a schedule HA controlled substance; and/or Indictment State v.
