Email to Go Public from Marie-Eve Francoeur, Senior Manager, Media Relations, Bell April 24, 2018 Thank you for your email. We were beginning the implementation of a price change when Mr. Ramsay called. The call centre rep who served him was unfortunately not aware of it and also didn’t note that prices are subject to change. We’ve informed the customer service team involved and they are using it as a coaching opportunity. After he placed his order, we immediately sent Mr. Ramsay an email confirmation – which detailed the current price of his selected package, a price increase to take effect in 2 months, and provided a link to our terms of service. When he called to ask about the new price, we offered Mr. Ramsay the opportunity to cancel his order without penalty. He decided to go ahead. After the installation, Mr. Ramsay received another email confirmation with full pricing information, noting that prices are subject to change, and the terms of service. We again offered that he could cancel without penalty but he chose not to. Regards, Marie-Eve Marie-Eve Francoeur Gestionnaire principale, Relations avec les médias Senior Manager, Media Relations
