Lybra Clemons forwarded your below email to my attention. I understand that Lybra reached out to you to provide an overview of PayPal's future plans, requesting that you agree to withdraw the PayPal related aspect of your felA request as a result of these forthcoming efforts. I have been in touch with Bruce Andersen at the Department of labor [whom l've copied on this message), and he has informed me that the FOIA can be modified to remove PayPal without withdrawing the request in its entirety. Mr. Andersen indicated he would conhrm this is the case by following up this message. Bruce, would you kindly do so? Please confirm on behalfofthe Center for Investigative Reporting that you authorize the Department of Labor to modifythe request to remove Paypal. We will follow through on our commitment to release the consolidated E5071 reports as previously discussed. Please let me know if you have any questions. Kind regards, Jason Glenn Director.
