I According to a residency investigation you and your child are not living at the address of
record. Please be advised that you and your child must live in Cheltenham Township on a

full-time basis in: order to attendour schools.

The School Board? reserves the right to pursue tuition reimbursement at the secondary rate
of $76.52 and elementary rate of $84.46 for each day of illegal attendance in addition to
legal and investigative expenses incurred. You may also be charged criminally with theft
of services, falsi?cation of sworn documents and other felony offenses. A tuition bill is
enclosed and payable upon receipt.

As you may be aware, students are currently participating in PSSA testing. I have been
directed to notify you that effective immediately,'will no longer be permitted to
participate in the testing.
