i write on behalf of myself, Joe Grier, and Lane Williamson in response to your
letter dated May 7, 2018. Thank you for your clients? willingness to support an interim
distribution of funds to investors who were harmed as a result of Rick Siskey?s actions.
Mr. Grier, Mr. Williamson and are very close to finalizing the terms of a comprehensive
settlement, as Judge Whitley advised us to do last month. This settlement will include a
proposed interim distribution of $15,000,000 to investors with allowed claims. We trust
that your clients will be similarly supportive ofthis interim distribution.
