Client representatives from the City of Aspen, American Rivers, and Wilderness Workshop also appeared. Reporters from
The Aspen Times and The Aspen Public Radio were also on the status conference.
Since the last status conference, appl has provided a revised ruling and comments to the opposers. Double R Creek Ltd has
signed a stipulation and the appl has a settlement in concept with Western Resource Advocates and Wilderness Workshop.
Appl will present the settlement concept to the city council on May 29 at a public meeting. Appl will file stipulations and the
proposed ruling with the Court once all of the opposers have agreed to the stipulation.
The Referee finds that progress toward resolving the case is being made with the opposers.
The Court ordered the following case management deadlines:
(1) Appl to provide response to ops: 6/1/18
(2) Next status conference: 6/26/18 at 9:30AM
