Dear Ms. Jackson,

On July 13, 2017, Inspector Jeff Lounsbery was assigned to investigate a complaint ?led by you
alleging an adjacent aerial application damaged your property.

The department's investigation found that on July 12, 2017, from 5:30 pm to 6:00 pm, Blaine
lverson applied Trivapro (benzovindi?upyr; propiconazole) and Brigade 2EC
Herbicide (bifenthrin) to the corn ?eld to the south of your property.

In conclusion, the department found that lverson was making applications 10 feet above the
crop canopy in order to fly over the trees located in the middle of the corn ?eld

The department found that a violation of SDCL applying a pesticide inconsistent
with the label had occurred.

The department closed this file without further action on January 29, 2018. If you have
