Hope this mail finds you well.

Just to make sure that we are aligned on what we are asking in or negotiations with the government:

1. Small Brewery Excise Duty Status to be applied to the Brewing industry and not only specific to Heineken 10

2. Carry losses fonivard for 10 years the investment law states that only 5 years are applied for this type of
investment

Both these requests imply a change in law and needs the government to address it to the parliament for approval.

I send you attached:
0 the letter sent to the Minister of Economy and Finance explaining our file
0 the presentation shared with Ministries of Economy, Industry, CPI and Tax Authorities (note that the land plot
is out dated)
0 the answer from the Ministry of Industry that we didn?t ?nd suf?cient because it was coming from the Vice
Minister and these topics are under the responsibility of the Minister of Finance
0 All Government stakeholders involved and who has been in those meetings
