Both documents state that the integration of manned and unmanned systems into a seamless ?ghting force is an objective of our unmanned systems strategy and critical to our future naval force. Effective May 7, 2018, Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Unmanned Systems) (DASN will be disestablished. Personnel, programs, and projects will transition to the appropriate product DASNS. DASN work, in satisfying the TUAU directive, provides a solid platform on which to build.
