VANNOY COMMISSIONERS August 7, 2013 Patrick Scully Bernstein Shur 100 Middle Street Portland ME 04104 (Via e-mail) Re: Electricity Maine, Docket No. 2010-256 Dear Pat: This letter is to confirm the understanding between Electricity Maine and the MPUC Staff resulting from discussions over the last several months. Based on these discussions, Electricity Maine will send a letter to its customers that enrolled or renewed its service between January 1, 2013 and April 30, 2013 and have a rate that is higher than the current standard offer. This letter will inform customers of their current rates and term with Electricity Maine, and the current applicable standard offer rate and expiration date.
