Governor Christie's January 121 2018 letter directive to the New Jersey Division of Archives
and Records Management (the "Letter?) states that all electronic records of the Office of the
Governor that were generated and maintained during the Christie administration shall be
considered ?privileged" and "confidential? pending review and analysis by this firm as Governor
Christie?s designated legal counsel.

Please be advised that a search for electronic records was conducted by this firm using the
keywords and search parameters provided in accordance with Government Records Request
As to the first portion of the request, the search of electronic records identified a limited
number of responsive documents however such electronic records are not subject to release
under the ?executive privilege" provisions of N.J.S.A. As to the second portion of the
request, no responsive documents were identified.
