County Board of Edgar County adopted an airport hazard Letting resolution in order to meet the requirements State Law, IDOT made the determination that the County's airport resolution satisfies the zoning requirements imposed by the General County Airport and Landing Field Act. To make that dctennination 1001 reviewed the Airport Zoning Aet. General County Airport and Landing Field Act. the Counties Code and the Illinois Administrative Code.
