Granada making various comments, both pro and con, about his role and the effects of the Pulse incident on him.  things changed drastically.   Josh noted he was starting to have some issues at home and was getting impatient about the delay in getting approval for the class.   Engineer Granada did have some legitimate concerns that I got involved in surrounding the delay.   This is where Josh starting to unravel and wrote a derogatory letter to one of the Deputies.   He made a grave error in remembering the privacy laws on a medical related call and at this point is still lashing out verbally to others about how the company officer who was responsible for the current potential discipline he may suffer is the cause of his problems.   This is very concerning and is following the pattern of concerns that we have had with him.  My concern is stemming from him telling me that he has been this way since he was a younger.  At the time of completing this evaluation, Eng Granada just completed the 4 week program.    Teamwork ENG Demonstrates the ability to achieve goals through efforts of others, develop team spirit and loyalty by empowering members to identify and solve problems within established parameters, and recognize both individual and team accomplishments. Promotes cooperation from their peers in other units -Demonstrates the ability to work well with others on a daily bases Demonstrates the ability to accomplish goals through the efforts of others -Encourages participation and teamwork, fostering unit morale -Recognizes both individual and team accomplishments Manager Evaluation Rating: Needs Improvement Comment: Engineer Granada is all about teamwork and getting the job done as a team on calls. He has demonstrated that countless times and is a great mentor for our younger personal and even students who ride with him. However the past few months of behavior is unfortunately involved the entire crew. Including them witnessing a few of his verbal outbursts. I do not think this is a true character of Josh. I believe he is struggling inside and needing some guidance to get past this hurdle.
