Upon separation of employment you will receive all accrued 230.56 hours of vacation time; these hours include accrued hours through January 2018; you will also receive 50% of your accrued 134 sick time hours; which is a total of 67 hours; the percentage was approved by Town Council during their 12/5/2017 Council Meeting. A separate check for your accrued vacation and sick time will be mailed to you, or you may make arrangements with your supervisor to pick it up. You can expect a separate bene?ts status letter that will outline the status of your eligible bene?ts upon termination. The letter will include information about your eligibility for Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA) continuation of group health coverage. Upon separation of employment, you are required to return to the Eatonville Police Department ALL assigned equipment issued to you from the Police Department, a checklist is being provided with this letter to ensure ALL equipment is returned.
