1' All plan check fees Shall be Paid prior to this approval.

2, Rough ?ame includes wall studs, sills, plates, authorized mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and wall
covering on one Slde only; and shall be installed only in areas designated Group B, E, F, Occupancies.

3. 0 mspec?qns shall be requested nor authorized until after ALL permits are obtained (Building, Plumbing, Electrical
and Mechanlcal, where applicable).

 

4- Owner assumes reSII?DIISibility for the rough frame construction and shall make all changes necessary to conform to
the final approved tenant improvement plans. .

5. The installatlon 0f any material which will cover or conceal ?aming members, authorized electrical, plumbing, or
mechanical svstems will result in a) the revocation of this approval; b) the issuance of a stop work order, and; c) a
special with special investigation fees required under the provisions of Section 109 of the California
Building Code as amended by City of Fremont Ordinance.
