You brought thefruit as refreshments forthe Community Living Center (CLC) Senior Prom. This event is sponsored by volunteers and the CLC staff after duty hours. This event was not sponsored by CAVHCS leadership. You were witnessed preparing refreshments forthe CLC Senior Prom during duty hours. You were not authorized to perform these duties while on payroll. Specification: On June 29, 201 4, you prepared food for a church eventduringduty hours inthe Nutrition Food Service kitchen. Charge 2: Solic'ning employees to participate in unauthorized duties Specification: OnJune 29, 2014, you approached -- and asked himto assist you inpreparingfood foryour church. declined to assist you and stated, "That is not my job.
